FOH Staff / Food And Beverage Staff


After a stunning fit out Little Savanna in Palmerston North an exciting new restaurant/bar is opening
its doors to the public at the end of September. The Little Savanna experience will give one a taste
of South Africa, with the best of NZ produce.

We care deeply about people, have got a small team of amazing people so far and are now looking
for staff to join us. We are accepting applications for part time front of house staff.

Suitable applicants must be over 18, will be passionate about the hospitality industry; food, wine,
beer, coffee, people, service. Our team are one of our most important resources!

We are looking for the following skills:

  • Skilled in bar service and FOH
  • Barista Skills
  • A current DM and LQC Certificate will be handy

If you are reliable, hardworking, fun, a team player, take pride in personal presentation, energetic,
have a passion for our concept and think you have what it takes to give Little Savanna guests the
best service, food, beverages and experience then we would love to hear from you! Opening hours
are 11am to late 7 days a week, so you will need to be flexible to work over the seven days, during
the day and night and must be available to work weekends and public holidays.

Sous chef / Commis Chef / Kitchen Porter


Little Savanna a new restaurant/bar is opening soon in Palmerston North. The Little Savanna
experience will give one a taste of South Africa, with the best of NZ produce. We care deeply about
people, have got a small team of amazing people so far and are now looking for staff to join us. We
are accepting applications for either full time and/or part time Sous Chef, Commis Chef and Kitchen
Porter who will assist the Executive chef to ensure the highest of food quality, portion size and
presentation is consistent and meets our very high standards. Our mouth-watering menu is very
much meat and seafood based.

best food experience then we would love to hear from you! Opening hours are 11am to late 7 days a
